Who: 11-12, Martha Jones and Inara Serra.
What: 11-12 is looking for Vida but runs into Martha instead

When: After 11-12 leaves a note for Inara

11-12 had written his note and snuck out of the safety of Inara's room while nobody was looking. He looked left and right down the corridor then set out. He had to find Miss Vida. He was too concerned about her to just sit still while goodness knows what was going on out here.
He hadn't really thought this through and he wasn't thinking of how dangerous and foolish this idea was. He just kept walking, keeping an eye out for his warden.
