Bly was annoyed by the sudden sound that emanated from his door. Sure, it meant someone was probably stopping by for a visit, but he wasn't expecting anyone. Still, who was the worst it could be? Snorting, he trudged over and opened it casually.
Ah. Young man, cocky expression...probably the inmate. It was inevitable he'd realize Bly was next door. The warden smirked, playing dumb. "Can I help you?"
"Oh, you know, just in the neighborhood, thought I'd drop by." Logan gave his warden an impish little smile. "Mind if I come in?" Without waiting for a response, he stepped across the threshold, intending to barge right into the room unless Bly stopped him.
Bly, in response, placed a large hand on Logan's shoulder. "Hold it right there, buddy," He said firmly and without and mirth. "I didn't say, 'come in', did I? No, I did not."
He pushed the teen back. "What do you need?" If it could be handled at the door, it would be.
Logan shrugged. "Now that's a tough one. What was it... A chicken in every pot? Harmony between wardens and inmates? Oh, I know! Peace on earth and goodwill to men! Yeah, that was it."
He tried to crane his neck to see over Bly's shoulder to see inside the warden's room.
