So... week 1. Half a week, anyway. On Wednesday I did the first set from the pushup regimen. And I've been sore since then. Whee! Thursday I did 15 minutes on the rowing machine. I need to move things around in my room so that I can watch a show or something while I do that; its boring. Friday I did the second day of pushups. I think I'm going to start over on Monday though, just so it lines up nicely Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Also I'm going to start doing some rowing every day.

Oh, and I just weighed in at 225 lbs. Le sigh.
