Alright, class! Let's start off today's class with a nice quick warm-up. Fitness testing is next week, and I hope you all beat your records from last semester, okay?

Now start off with three sets of stairs. No skipping steps, and no walking! First three people done get to leave early, so do your best! Don't forget, fitness testing is in a week, and I hope you all try your best to beat last semester's records.
