This is how it works:
Upon being accepted, a new player may choose to come here and see if there is a free journal for their particular character signed-up on the list. If there is and they want to be able to use said journal, they may contact the previous player and ask for the password to that journal.
Don't worry, newcomers, the players who have signed up their dropped journals on this list are all very much willing to give away their old journal. None of them bite (unless you ask really nicely~).
