[Rinoa's out walking Angelo by the edge of the forest. She's headed in the direction of the community buildings, but when the buildings come into sight, she decides to walk a little deeper into the forest. This was as good a time as any to get in some practice

[Riku had taken another walk around the edge of the village, something he's been doing a lot of lately to sort through his thoughts. He spots Rinoa, and watches her for a little bit before finally saying..]

Your legs aren't positioned properly.

[Rin just happened to be so caught up in what she was doing that he actually surprised her, and she can't help but jump a little when she hears him before turning around.]

What? Then how am I supposed to position them?

Sorry if I startled you. [He gives a sheepish grin, but steps closer to her.]

You need one leg further back, preferably your left one so that it'll take most of the impact and keep you from being thrown back. [He demonstrates.]

It's okay.

[She attempts to copy him, though she probably didn't put her left leg far back enough.]

[He's just standing back right now, looking at the strange weapon. Doesn't think he's seen that kind before, although the flying projectile does remind him a bit of a shuriken.]
