Latest vegan culinary masterpiece: Basil-Tofu Ricotta Pizza with a pesto/ roasted garlic tomato sauce topped with thinly sliced kalamata olives and cremini mushrooms on a golden, handmade crust. And it made two, so there's another one in the fridge, yeay.
