so i have quite an entry... quite an entry indeed
la la la SUMMMMMMER!!! u r here! praise jesus!! i have never been so happy to see summer break in all my life.. (in the words of tim meadows... "i can, personally, could not be happier that this school year is ending...) anyways i just had to get that out of my system. now, to the entry...
sry for the hiatus, my avid readers. finals did require some study (or wannabe study) time. therefore, updating had to be sacrificed. but im back now...
so this week was pure torture, i swear... i only had 4 finals and could not even bring myself to study for those... but i ended up forcing myself and i think i did pretty decent.. spanish and math were a lil rough (tho is pains me to say that bout math) but im sure they turned out fine... so yeah that was my week mostly with the exception of one cautistrophic event... so monday afternoon karen said to herself "hey, i feel like being an absolute idiot... y don't i lay out in the sun for an hour and a half with so sunscreen... sounds like a plan" ...biggest mistake of my fucking life... so now im burnt to an absolute crisp and i look like hell... and also, i can' t move... and also, all week everyone has been taking it upon themselves to be like "omg karen ur so burned!" ... o really? wait, omg! thanks for telling me i hadn't noticed.....lol yeah im a lil bitter...just cuz it hurts and im retarded....
but on a happier note... my last final was today and it was binang....aka i pretty much was done with finals on wed....still thank god its all over... after finals jij, twin, ricky and i went to lunch at panera where we were joined by drew, eric, chel mel, jill, and steph... it was an interesting time... jij, jill, steph and chels peaced out fairly early so it was just the trio with the boys... ha they r so random its hilarious... then ricky and i left to go on an adventure....
u see, ricky had won the new weezer cd from 89x so we had to go to the studio and pick it up... its like at 13 mile and telegraph... so i drove and we roadtripped it... and surprisingly enuf... we did not get lost and got there in like 15-20 min... so we went inside where we felt completely out of place cuz we were in our uniforms and teenages in an actually office building.. but anyway we got the cd and mooched off a bunch of free stuff in the front desk area (aka a 89x window sticker... dashboard and jimmy eat world bumper stickers... and free palace vision tickets for tonite.. tho we're not going lol)...and after some mishaps gettin in and out...we made our exit.... then we decided it was time for coldstone so we made our way to fountain walk... hung out there for a while and discussed life (mostly her leaving lhs but this is too fun of an entry to be spoiled by that sad news... aka karen shall avoid the subject entirely)...so then we said to ourselves (or mostly i said to ricky)..."lets go to flippin stone city"...now for all those who r unfamiliar with stone city.... its basically 6 randome acres of stone for people's driveways...for the full background read drew's journal (www.livejournal.com/users/the_dr3w)...anyway so we went with the hopes that drew and eric hadn't let us to absolute disappointment .... and indeed they did not... it was the most hilarious place of my life... we took pictures...stole a few rocks... picked up some pamphlets....drew, u would have been proud... yeah so then i had to pick up the bro from the library and ricky had to head bak to the wb so we our journey came to a close at roughly 4 :45....
and that was the start of my summer... couldn't have asked for a better way to kick it off... now... i shall spend this evening doing absolutely nothing... and loving it... movie awards r on... pistons r on...i have a sunburn to cure so i don't look like a total retard at work tomrw...it shall be a lovely evening....
so my mom got home from texas on tues and she is pretty much in the best mood of her life... u kno what that means.... looks like the party will be a go.... (heck yes!!!)... so june 17th people... no one better make any flippin plans....
i have to work tomrw .... i hope my sunburn isn't as obnoxious by then....
i have the act on sat... hopefully i won't suck so much at the science....
i think that may be all i've got... im hanging out with some randomer boys this weekend i think... should turn out interestingly.....
