Harry Potter -Interesting pick:) I wasn't one of those first people to 'catch on' to its hype, because I didn't pay attention to the media then, lol. When I found the book at my library, I liked that it was about wizardry, so I picked it up:) It's been awhile since I've delved back into the world, but I'm going to see the movie this Wednesday, lol.

I love it for its unique universe, of course. The universe is very inviting and creatively thought out, because it seems like many things are explained in a logical way when it's never really existed before:) And it's fun to think that there's a world out there that we don't know about, but has this special school fighting against this dark lord. And I love the three main characters as well, but just mainly Hermione, lol. Harry has a lot of issues to deal with and he can be whiny. Ron is a good comedic relief at times and is a good friend, but a wimp too:P And Hermione kicks ass because she's smart, and from the films, very pretty:D
Of course, their characters do grow and the books get darker and more mature as they age, but yea, that was my first impression and even after that, I still believe it's an awesome universe:D

Psychology -Although some people do not see this as a true science, I do. I think there is a lot of be explained within the human brain, emotions, body, etc, that is influenced by what we cannot see. And obviously, we can measure and see brain waves and electrical firings of our neurons, but that is only a part of what psychology is. It can explain what, why, and how we do the things we do, especially concerning things we don't even realize we do:) It gives a different perspective on the human condition:)
I didn't really think too much about it until I took AP Psych. in my senior year of high school. I guess it came easy to me at the time, and it seemed like the right path for me (wanting to be a guidance counselor), so I took it as my major in college:)
I've actually grown to realize this is the right field for me as I went along and learned more about what it is I want to do in life exactly, and that is to help people:)
I want to help people understand themselves better, on top of other more practical things, and everyone does this in some capacity with every job, but I think more and more people are turning towards this science, because we as human beings, are curious about ourselves:D

Hana Kimi -I watched the Taiwanese version because I was going through a Fahrenheit phase, lol. It seemed like an interesting love story at the time ^^
Frances convinced me to watch the Japanese version (I wasn't into the Japanese culture at the time, my Morning Musume phase notwithstanding), and I LOVED IT! I hadn't realized who was in it at the time (like prominent names, lol), so I didn't care about the star power within this show, except for Yusuke and Hiro, because they were in KRK, which I had watched prior to it:)
ANYWAYS, lol, I liked it for it's totally random crack:D The 'love story' was better plotted, and it was funnier to watch, lol. Less drawn out for sure ^^ Plus, Nakatsu was less air-heady than Jiro's version:p
I want to go back and watch it, now that I know a majority of the ikemen in this, and now I understand why they named it Ikemen Paradise, lol:D

Yamashita Tomohisa -I don't know what it is about him that always draws me back, but I think it's because I truly love NEWS:) And Yamapi, being the leader, I feel like I'd like to follow him too, is that silly? ^^"
I'm honestly not a fangirl who'll think everything he does is amazing, but there is a lot about him that I admire:) He's hardworking, he shows his flaws, and those fail!moments are what makes him more human to us fans, he's goofy, but serious when he needs to be, aloof, 'my-pace,' and I like his nasally voice, his dancing skills, and his passion in doing his job as an idol:)
Can't say I always think he's hot, but when it comes to love, even of this kind (maybe it's superficial, but it's still love:P), I can accept him for his flaws and bad!moments, because we're all human at the end of the day:)

Battlestar Galactica -I haven't finished the series, so I don't know how I feel about where the plot is going, lol, but it is a Space Soap Opera, but with better (gorgeous) writing and direction :D
The OST is A;JA;JGAH AMAZING :D Bear McCreary ♥ Even if you don't know what the frak the series is, you should listen to the music, lol.
Another universe that is very unique and beyond imagination; love the characters. Love the idea that humans created machines that then turned on them. Love the actors, such eye candy, not to mention AMAZING acting skills. It's scifi at its best:D

Fanfiction -I like it because it's like watching an episode or 'seeing' the people I love within fandom, even when they don't have anything going on (ie. NEWS) :D
I like seeing people in situations that usually aren't plausible, but it's a fun way to be creative. Sure, it's not exactly the ideal thing to do with rl people, but I've discovered the fine line between respecting the people I'm writing about and defining it as fiction.

And here's a random Atlantis cap: It's Bill Nye the Science Guy!!!! :D

So...I'm currently watching "Kamen Rider Decade"

Decade traveled to Kiva's world and look who cameos! It's the creepy Ryo puppet guy, lmao:)

~Wataru~

Seto's caps nicely explains why there are so many rider series and yet none have coincided with each other. It's because everything we've seen has been in parallel universes, and I guess now the Earths are colliding into each other. I'm not sure what Decade's supposed to be doing (he doesn't know either), but I'm most confused about how time works.

The first world we traveled to was Kuuga's, and although it's not the same actor as the original, I really like Murai Ryota :) He has only done one other drama which was "Fuma no Kojira," which I need to finish ^^
So, yea, since I don't know anything about Kuuga's series, I have no idea if anything's different from the original, BUT, I do know Kiva's and that's what got me really confused.

SO, the next world we travel to is Kiva's, but instead of being greeted by Seto Koji's Wataru, we get a kid (above). And then I'm wondering how he came to be, if he's Wataru's son, but then some guy shows up who's half Fangire and half human (who's his dad), but it's not Otoya (because he was never of that origin), but the guy also doesn't look like an older version of Wataru Senior, so I'm just confused as to how this timeline works, even if it is a parallel world, which means it could be different than the Kiva we know. sorry, rambling run on sentences:P

And then there's an obligatory girl side kick who keeps Tsukasa (Decade) in line with a "Natsumikan" or something, idk, LOL. She like shoves her thumb onto a pressure point in his neck, which causes him to laugh uncontrollably...I guess I should be used to the crack by now:P
She keeps having these dreams about the destruction of all riders with Decade dominating, and I'm wondering if she's a secret bad guy at the end...

And then there's a guy in a Sherlock Holme get-up, kind of like time traveling!Sakurai from Den-O, but with bad intentions. He's pushing the preconception that Decade is the bad guy, but I don't think he was meant to be a destroyer.
*sigh* I wish they would explain faster, lol, but it's what's keeping me watching:)
This is the first time I'm not reading and spoiling myself with plot summaries on Wikipedia, so the twists will really be surprising:D

Gackt singing the opening theme song, "Journey Through the Decade" is COOL, in celebration of a decade of Heisei Kamen Rider series:D The PV is kick ass even if it is simple:)
And now there's another series...how am I going to catch up? :P
---
Finally, I'd like to pimp saiikemen saiikemen saiikemen
It's basically holding an Ikemen contest, so it's nominating period right now. Check it out, yo!
