Episode 9
+ Oh man, there is a significant change in Kurumi. Kidnappings are pretty scary, and handing the ransom to the guy could be pretty dangerous, but what does she do? She takes on the task firmly. Nice! She didn’t pout or yell “iyaaa dsessuu” lol. I also think it’s because she knows she has to do this in order to save her friend and again, Koichi would be there backing her up. But I think her character in general, outside of this one particular moment, has become more steady.

+ HOLY CRAP, it’s the same exact scenario he had to go through (and this is the first time we’ve seen Koichi outside of the cave, even if it’s in a flashback) lol. I wonder what it was like shooting in the (maybe stuffy) studio the whole time - he must’ve liked being outside for a little bit.

+Damn that dog is big!

+Ya know how Koichi’s always like "Forever alone T_T" on Domoto Kyoudai -I wonder how he really is with love and relationships.

+ Whoa, that ending scene...of course my shipper brain is like, yay, but at the same time, it's a sucky circumstance for you guys to be bonding like this. In a sense, I feel it's more comfort and support than romantic feelings. It just doesn't seem right to be romantic, since he's still hung up (and rightly so) on his previous g/f.

Episode 10
+ I think the police department who acted like a bunch of bakas before, are finally kind of supporting each other now (in terms of Otaguro-tachi vs. Koichi + Kurumi) and doing something constructive. They can respect her for what she’s doing and giving her some back-up, even if it still seems they are butting heads against Koichi at times.

+ I was actually quite caught up in this episode, so I didn't take down too many specific notes. I think it was kind of obvious that the guns could've gotten switched out during the gunfire in the dark, but maybe that's because we visually saw it in some lighting. It makes sense that Koichi wouldn't really have a clue, though that could've been a plausible guess.

+ I think it makes sense that Sakaki was the real culprit in this case, because she's a recurring character with some stake in this situation. Plus, the drama didn't hint at or pay much attention to Snail's actions except for as it related to Koichi. I don't know if I agree with her logic of doing it over to prove her love for him (?) but I could see being jealous of your older sister suddenly snatching your best friend away from you :/

+ Ahh, I should’ve known he was gonna disappear from Kurumi for awhile, and that they wouldn't end up together -aside from having little chance that he could move on so easily from Yuka, they weren't quite on par with each other...yet, lol.
But idk, she was quite excited to see him ;) I guess we'll never know. And it seems like she sorta idolizes him more than any romantic feelings.
Well then, that was quite the eventful ending :D I'm really glad I gave this drama a chance, and I think I won't shy away from Kyoko's dramas as much next time. I can definitely say that this was a solid drama. I would still rate it a 3, average, but it generated good discussion and I enjoyed that immensely! Until the next time~ ♥
