OMG, I wasn't going to flail about Bones' 100th episode, but I changed my mind, because IT NEEDS TO BE PUT IN A POST! :D
1. It's a flashback episode, typical of those done on landmark episodes.
2. We see the Jeffersonian staff before their bonds, ie Hodgins and Zach not getting along. The start of their wacky experiments :DD It was all Bones' fault they started it :P
3. UH DUH-ZACH IS BACK for an episode T_T and being like all stoic and unaware of pop culture and ♥
4. We see Jeffersonian staff also prior to their expertise in current bones vs that of mummies and what not :)
5. Hodgins is so Mr. Grumpy!pants *squishes*
6. We see how Booth started to wear 'individualistic' articles of clothing, because he wanted to prove to Bones he wasn't just another Bureaucrat :P
7. The origins of the word 'squint' and random funny moments that only geeks can make up, like:
"I wanted to feel you up, Booth."
"Out. You mean feel me out, Bones"
XD
8. Lance is there, discussing his book, and how it's RUINED :P
9. Bones and Booth have kissed before!!
10. They kiss again!!! BUT! She claims that she's a scientist and she can't deal with these sorts of emotions, yada yada and ;LKJ;hwoiurj;goknbj they both cry so hard! So much angst, that you know, YOU JUST KNOW, Bones really wants him, but doesn't know how to let herself feel. Love is not irrational. If she looks at it from a evolutionary standpoint or whatever will make her rationalize it, it's what keeps parent and child together so that they can survive this messy world (even in the animal kingdom, where parents usually abandon children after birth). LOVE KEEPS US ALIVE, DAMNIT!
*ahem*
WATCH IT!!! :D

I was watching the end of Autumn's Concerto and I often wondered, what's the deal with love-hate relationships? How can you hate someone, and then suddenly fall madly in love with them? I thought a bit about it, and I've decided that it's the fight or flight response; it's a natural human instinct. Perhaps for some people, liking someone can be a very scary thing. The body immediately and unconsciously feels you starting to like someone and even before you know it, in the sake of your emotional and mental well-being, your body tells you you hate that person for some reason. However, fighting or denying your own feelings when they have finally been brought to your attention is no good, because we've always been taught that fighting or running away from a situation doesn't necessarily work. And thus, love-hate relationships can exist, because we were meant to like that person in the first place; our body was just telling us otherwise!

But yea, relating this back to Bones, Brennan is definitely afraid to accept her feelings. She might not like psychology and claim that it's not an empirical science, but she can't deny that the 'fight or flight' response applies in a psychological sense here :P
Biology is also a part of psychology so she can't always tell Sweets that he's nothing but jumping to conclusions and what not :P
