I always think that I'm going to do HW on my days off, but it never turns out that way. I blame the weather, because the forecast told me it was going to be warm, but when I woke up, it was cloudy! It may have been warm in comparison to what Winter should really feel like, but GR!
暑いじゃなければモチベションがいないの!やばいぞこれ!だって、一年の中に三ヶ月は冬じゃない? (笑)
(If it's not hot, I have no motivation to do anything, let alone homework. That's pretty bad, because 3 months out of the year is Winter, right? lol)
Someone correct me if I'm wrong please, thanks ^_^
So, I ended up sitting around, watching Bloody Monday 2 ep 1 and Code Blue 2 ep 3.
So, aside from being shocked by Takeru's amazing hair and new look, the show hit you really hard right from the start. It begins 2 years after the Bloody Monday incident, and just like the first season, we see Maya in Russia, killing somebody for information XD
Also, she seems to be in contact with the Prime Minister! *gasp*
But it seems like another terrorist group is attempting to 'rebuild Japan,' and may also be targeting the 'good old' group we know as Kanzaki Jun and Orihara Maya :P One of the women from this new group is impersonating Maya so that Third-i will think it's the same incident from 2 years ago, but Fujimaru knows better.
In any case, Kanzaki Jun has resurfaced Mr. Chesire (with that wicked smirk)...and possibly his little sister, Anzai, too!
She's not dead?! What?! I don't know- we don't know....
I think these two are suspicious and might be involved with the new group (there's a name, but I forgot it)
The guy is actually Prime Minister's assistant or something, someone close to him at least.
This girl was first seen attending Otoya's research presentation on nuclear weapons, though we only see the back of her head...I could tell it was the same person. Same blue shirt, same pig tails. She was recording Otoya's presentation...for whom? For herself? We don't know yet...but! She also works with Fujimaru at a convenient store, so if she is secretly involved in this new terrorist group, she's around to get close to Falcon and possibly take away an important fighting resource for Japan's defense.
It's getting juicy! :D
!!!MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD!!!
Remember Aoi? The girl who followed along with Fujimaru and Otoya during the horrible times? Well...if you ever wanted to ship Aoi x Otoya or Aoi x Fujimaru....
that chance is over.
A minion of the new terrorist group went to Fujimaru's house, and without thinking, Aoi ran to the door to open it, and she got kidnapped. At the time, a bomb was planted on a plane scheduled to fly over Tokyo, so Third-i recruited Falcon to hack into the bomb and stop it. As he was doing this, the screen suddenly changed and showed Aoi tied up, and a machine injecting KCL into her bloodstream.
Now, I knew this to be potassium chloride from Chemistry 4 years ago, but I didn't know what it did. I looked it up on good old Wikipedia, and found out that it's the last liquid formula injected to put a prisoner to death....
In small amounts, KCL rejuvenates; in large amounts, it causes cardiac arrest and rapid death :(
Each time Falcon got closer to hacking into the bomb's GPS device, more and more KCL was being injected into Aoi, and all he could see on the screen was her writhing in pain...omg, it was so sad! The new leader of Third-i knew that Falcon wouldn't continue so he called a search team to get her back. 5 minutes before the bomb was scheduled to go off, the director got a call from the team saying they got her. Minami (the girl with the long hair who was really serious), told him personally, that she was safe, but there was no video conformation...I thought this to be suspicious, because she didn't seem to be happy about delivering this news.
And so, Falcon saves the day. There is relief, but a few minutes later, he is being led into a room, and there is a body covered in white sheet. He lifts the cloth to find it's Aoi!
It was devastating, like, I knew this was going to happen, but SO SOON! And to someone so close to our beloved trio!
Minami and the director were standing there, and Fujimaru's in shock, glaring at Minami, "You told me she was safe!"
And the director said, "Don't blame her. I gave her the orders."
Fujimaru grabs Minami and she's like "If you want to hit me, go ahead."
And then Sano-san was like, "What did you do? We were the only two people he could trust..."
SO SAD!!!
Then Otoya and Haruka show up...ohjeez.
Otoya screamed, "Who did this?!" obviously in pain...and Fujimaru walks away, clenching his fists, and said, I did...
OMG *CRIES* SO MUCH ANGST, BUT SO FREAKING AWESOMELY AMAZING!
And then Fujimaru looks down at his clenched fists, the same hands that practically typed Aoi's death sentence, and saw the message she had left on his hand from an earlier scene.
And then broke down completely.
That whole sequence right there was just so powerful! Excellent!
始まりだ...
edit:I'm not convinced Aoi's dead because the actress's name is listed as a main cast on the dramawiki page (though that could be a trick to not reveal her death), plus Bloody Monday is known to be unpredictable. For all we know, Aoi was being injected with a random yellow liquid labeled KCL and is fake!dead like Juliet (Rome & Juliet), and the terrorists will retrieve her somehow (because they have connections on the inside like that), and then use her again as bait for Fujimaru XD
As for Code Blue 2's ep 3, it was solid :)
I was, coincidentally, watching some ProDai extras last night, so when I watched this ep and saw Gaku, I was like REUNION! lol ^^
Aizawa continues to make me love him; the way he said those reassuring words to Gaku's character, how his constant talking calmed the other two injured people long enough to be rescued, how he protected the one he loved...aw *wibble*
I take back what I said about Shiraishi and Hiyama's animosity; these two girls have good intentions towards each other, but just don't know how to say it, because neither wants to lose face :P
OH, and cute moment between Shiraishi and Aizawa:D
ginzarhapsody mentioned this before, but he totally moved in front of her on the train to protect her from on lookers' stares as she was crying. The reality is, people die no matter how hard you try to save them, dear :/
I'm also very curious as to what's going to happen between Tachibana and Mitsui-sensei; I kinda want them to reconcile and have like this really shoujo moment where Mitsui's gonna break down and Tachibana's like oide, and then they hug XD
To end this, I just wanna say that my love for KoyaShige has been renewed :D
I watched Tegomass' DVD documentary before anything else, and KoyaShige's surprise was TOO CUTE! I miss Koyama! After all my time being spent on watching Ryo, Kanjani8, and other things, I haven't seen Koyama in so long ^^
I've also decided that I can't dislike Tegoshi, however spoiled he can be at times :P
Massu's becoming more handsome by the day :)
Their music is truly uplifting~ ♥
