Urg, anxiety

I'm heading down to San Francisco the 14th-19th for 'tonio's birthday and I'm having all sorts of anxiety. I just found out that a party friend from DC will be there. I really want to be able to go out dancing without getting sucked into a all night party marathon. Also, I'm worried because I'm on WW and I know how hard it is to stay on point when away from home. Here's my plan:

1) Plan lots of fun, active, day-time activities.
2) Walk for 30 minutes each day
3) Head to Trader Joes on the first day and stock up on healthy foods
4) Plan ahead which favorite resaurtants I want to splurge at
5) Plan one night to go out dancing, but remember that my health and happiness are dependant on getting enough sleep and not drinking my own weight in alcohol

Any other ideas?
