[There is a knocking from the cell over the hallway and a grey hand with filthy fingernails pushes a piece of paper out the slot in the door so she can read it.]

"Please try and calm down, you're safer in here than outside."

[Rachel's really not in any mood to read anything. But she does anyway, still trembling in anger. She squints her eyes trying to see the paper clearly from her side and once she finally deciphers it:]
