[A pause. Then a sigh, probably of relief. He sounds a little more determined for the next part.]
My name is Seth Stringer. I- they've put me in quarantine. I...don't really know what's going on. [More quietly, it sounds like he's trying to control his fear, but it leaks out all the same.] It's...a little frightening.
[Another pause. When he speaks again, he's regained control.]
Could someone explain things, please?
