The incense that is sold/kept in the clinic does not match the fear toxin laced incense.
There are no Scarecrow type materials in the apartment, other than anything that may have been left behind by Jonathan Crane in Harvey Dent's old room.
Well. Almost. There is what appears to be a rolling oxygen tank in Judah Stark's closet. If one were to inspect this closely, one might find someone replaced all the oxygen with fear gas.
There are a few medications in the bathroom. Dilantin, Marinol, Paxil among them.
Housed in a rented apartment, it's a fairly cheerful place. Filled with candles, and bright colors. Low playing music and pillows. There are cheerful, happy magazines (National Geographic, loads of new age magazines, Highlights: For Children) on the tables and it seems very low key.
There is a velvet unicorn poster on one wall.
Anyone who ventures into the kitchen or the bathroom will find similar types of things, though there are a large number of novena candles in the bathroom, mostly saints and such. The bathtub has had some attachments...attached to turn it into a deprivation tank.
Judah's bedroom is filled with books, psychology and fiction novels. Photos of his daughter, his ex wife and his family. A key for a storage unit is draped on a crystal, but there is no identifying unit number.
There is a note, scribbled on a napkin. Who is Charlie D?
Harvey's stuff consisted mostly of his suits, a few personal belongings, if the police didn't get those.
