I don't think the cop had any reason to shoot the dude, but lets look at the whole picture... the dude wasn't a saint either, was being arrested instead of being home taking care of his kid (since they like to press he's a father so bad) I mean shit, I was at home taking care of mine

regardless of if "the dude" was "a saint" or not, he deserved his time in court and not to be shot in the back, accidentally or otherwise

Like I said in the beginning, I never said the dude deserved to be shot. but then again sometimes if you don't put yourself in the situation, you wouldn't be caught in the dire consequences some actions lead up to... this case being a stupid cop that doesn't know how to do his job... Hey when I cross the street, I look both ways... but I still know the risk of putting my foot on the pavement... I nearly get hit everyday during lunch hour
