“And this is your room,” Tony announced as he entered the room in front of Bruce with a wave of his arms. “Of course the whole level is your but this is actually your bedroom.”

Bruce shook his head, when Tony had said that there was enough room that no one would really bother him, he didn't think that meant a whole level of the top five floor was going to be for him. He made around Tony and towards, “Thank you,” he said as he set his bag down on it.

“You don't like it.”

“No, no, it's not that, it's just...are you sure? All of this for me?”

Tony smiled, “Like I said, 'candy-land', there's lots of room here Big Guy, so don't worry about anything.”

Bruce nodded as looked towards the window that took up one whole wall. It was a beautiful view of the New York skyline but at the same time he was picturing the Other Guy breaking through it after a small slip of his temper.

Tony must have read his mind somehow, the billionaire stepped up beside him and placed a hand on Bruce's shoulder. “Hey, don't worry about anything. Alright? You're safe here. Between JARVIS and S.H.I.E.L.D., you don't have to keep looking over your shoulder waiting for Ross.”

“Really? S.H.I.E.L.D?”

“Yeah, Natasha said something about keeping everything that Coulson started against Ross up and running. Whatever that means.” He patted Bruce on the shoulder and turned to leave. “Why don't you get settled in and I'll go order some pizzas. I'll meet you on the common level in a few.” He got to the door and stopped, “Oh, and Bruce?”

“Yeah?” Bruce turned from his bag to look at Tony.

“Stop worrying. You're safe, I promise.”

With that Tony was gone and Bruce was alone. Bruce turned back to his bag with a sigh, he had heard that saying so many times before, this was no different. As much as he knew Stark was trying, he wouldn't believe anything until he actually saw it for himself. Until then, it was safe to say that they would just going to agree to disagree.
