[Kaito is grinning wide at the lens, looking as though he hasn't a care in the world, while a giant rampaging turkey can be seen just over his left shoulder.]

This is a totally cool way to make a boring holiday exciting. I TOLD you turkeys could be dangerous Hakub--

Wait until the streets reek of rotting flesh.

What, with people or birds?

Either. Both, in fact.

People should learn how to run faster. And not to always turn so quickly to killing things to solve their problems.

You're being uncharitable.

How so? I think it's a perfectly acceptable lesson for such a wasteful holiday. If they didn't stuff their face with food they'd be able to outrun the turkeys.

And they're not too hard to avoid besides.

I'm not saying you can't catch them to eat them, but killing them just for the sake of killing them and leaving their bodies to rot outside is as wasteful as Buffolo Bill was.

Heaven forbid someone should walk with a cane.

[Waving his own in front of the camera, though it doesn't precisely affect his mobility in the way he's suggesting.]

Or occasionally cough up blood, or have decreased visibility. Their need to kill the turkeys and their nearly being caught by them clearly correlates to how much they eat.

Hm. Disabilities just mean you've got to get a bit creative with your escape.

And if they're really so bad that they're coughing up blood then they shouldn't be out when wild man eating turkeys are about without a friend to help them anyway. It's common sense.

[Kaito's not being cruel here, he just simply doesn't really understand how it might be difficult for some people, when even with hinderences, forcing escape routes has never been a problem for him.]

[A small pause. A bit of a thoughtful look.]

Probably. I've been called worse before.

Hmmmmmmm... well if they catch me I guess they're free to.

But then, they'd be the first.

To catch me.

Then I hope you experience the joy of growing old, getting sick, dying slowly, and having children tell you that you should be able to outrun things without killing them.

Heh. I probably won't grow to be very old. You can't outrun everything.
