Kaito 06 - splintering the night [Video]
[The PCD switches on to reveal that, at some point since his last broadcast, Hakuba has found his way into the room and settled Kaito more comfortably on his bed. He's mostly covered by the blankets but a bangled wrist has fallen free of the confines and is draped over the edge of the bed, palm upward and fingers curled slightly in; red hair pools about his face - he's still wearing his Halloween costume.]
[The film appears to be a peaceful one at first, the room silent and still until a small, almost invisible shiver wracks his body, small turning down in a frown and visible hand curling into a fist. The shivering slowly turns into full body thrashing, pained, terrified whimpers tearing themselves from his throat along with a few half formed words.]
... kind of deal... --ght Mare-san... his surgery... give me your hand!
[With a loud, piercing scream he jerks upright in the bed, panting and eyes darting warily around the room. He spots the PCD and glares balefully at it for a moment before reaching down to grab the covers and throw them over his head, curled into a tight ball and waiting for the PCD to turn itself off again. Eventually, it does.]
