It had been dawning on Kakashi's mind during the first monday back after the week that he had gone out with Obito, that he would have to achieve facing the past. And doing this sooner rather than later was far more beneficial than putting off, which was what the silver haired male felt more comfortable doing. He had found out that Rin was also back in town, and that was a daunting thought. He had felt a little uncomfortable with Obito, and now... this seemed a far more stranger, and out of Kakashi's comfort zone. Especially considering both Obito and Rin had become friends with Gai...
Why were people from his past suddenly returning? He had gotten used to his usual routine of having one friend, his pupils which he usually kept a distance with, and his own company with his dogs. Now, it was all changing, and life... wasn't going to be the same.
A deep sigh left Kakashi as he slowly slumped, a few folders in his arms, walking down the hallway towards Rin's office. He had to ask a few teachers where she was actually based, but found it with ease. It was impossible to avoid this... considering they were working in the same building.
Soon enough, he very gently rattled on the door of her office, swallowing thickly, waiting for the female voice to welcome him in.
