What: Redoing the first impression? idek man. they're practically divorced at this point. Naruto has the house and custody of the family dog.

Warning: . . . I'm as unsure about Sasuke's stability as the dude himself. So.
[surely the fact that he was so comfortable with dishing out second chances was why he was putting himself in this sort of situation. anyone sane and unforgiving wouldn't glance in Sasuke's direction after all the things that bastard had said. But if Naruto looked at it in an entirely different way then it was alright. If everything Sasuke did wasn't a scattered shitfest of fail but instead a giant ball of failure strewn together by some guy that desperately needed a hug and had way too much time on his hands.
When Naruto pictured Sasuke as an emotionally stunted, socially inept invalid then he could sleep peacefully at night and not once consider that people like that just existed.
The ramen menu was his pacifier as he waited for the Uchiha to appear. How did people like that show up anyway? In a cloud of smoke or did they materialize out of thin air? He was sure that if he heard a distant, shrill cry in the distance then Sasuke was definitely near.
