(no subject)
well i'm sure everyone had a great thanksgiving filled with lots of
turkey and trimmings...we chose to spend our thanksgiving eating fried
chicken (nick and i) and a tofurkey sandwhich (rachel) in the back of a
pickup truck in walmart's parking lot....it was very redneck
indeed...here are some pics to prove it...

that's our elegant dinning table...
afterwards rachel and i decided to buy 2 betta fish..it was a tough decision which fish to get because there were so many pretty ones there...we finally narrowed it down...our first choice was this fiesty little fellow who acted like he wanted to kill any and everything he came across..we knew we just had to get him regardless...our second choice was a dark red/light green striped fellow..he seemed rather shy and everything but we still liked his colors...so we brought them home and set up their bowl...and it turned out the red one (who we are still debating over what his name should be) was the more aggressive one...so we said we would fight them and whoever won would earn the name Ares (greek god of war)...we are taking bets now....

and they're still going at it....
so we are debating over names..originally we wanted to name the blue one Ares for his badass attitude, but when we put him in his bowl he became a little pussy and the red one stepped it up...i also wanted to name the red one Satin (like the cloth...dont ask me why lol...so should we fight them? holly's quote on the matter : rachel, what a vegan. i won't eat fish, but let them brutalize eachother in a raging death match of fins, thats fine
