Underworld :: Lucian/Sonja :: The Great Constant
This is the surprise. Well, it's more, I imagine, a surprise in the gift sense rather than the shocking sense.
Well, last time I released this mix, I promised it would be for the last time. But I couldn't go through with that promise, because Underworld fans were finally given an honest-to-God, unblurry face for Sonja. The music hasn't changed, because the emotions are still the same: slavery, freedom, love, tragedy. That wouldn't have changed, no matter who played Sonja or how. It was always about Lucian's speech to Michael, and what Sonja looked like never mattered as much as how her husband spoke of her.
This is the fourth time that I've released this mix, and truly that last. I've more UW mixes planned for the future, but this will be the finished look for "The Great Constant" from now on.
I liked these cover concepts so much that I tinted them brown, because it's my favorite color. They very much fit with the final Selene/Michael mix.
