About this mix: The last Harry Potter book was rather disappointing to me on a few levels, but one storyline I did like was this one - the past of Albus Dumbledore. His history was heartbreaking. One aspect of that was a long past friendship with Gellart Grindelwald, which in Dumbledore's own words, felt more like the shattering of a romantic relationship than just being two friends who turned on each other.
I'm definitely not one of those OMG SLASH FOREVAH!!!!-type fangirls, but I am really convinced of this pairing.
Also, I am a complete fan of the two men I used to portray the pairing. They're both very handsome British actors - Damien Lewis and Rupert Penry-Jones.
