The annual GS service unit Father Daughter Sweetheart Sock Hop was a great success....and a lot of fun! I thought my decorations looked pretty good, and dancing the macarena on stage: priceless. After the dance was over, at maybe 10 or 10:30, Mary and I went to WalMart (still wearing our matching bright red poodle skirts) to buy some hair dye. Yes, I finally decided to make Mary's dream come true and dye my hair (albeit temporarily) dark brown. And it's really dark brown. I imagine it'll be a bit lighter after I wash it, but still...it's...different. I kind of like it.
I'm putting off my lit homework...I should probably get started oin that soon though. I've already read the Ethan Frome stuff, but I still have half of my reading log to finish.
I have to get a new phone...AGAIN....I had no choice but to get the Nokia6030...I wanted the 3220 but it wasn't available. So we're finally officially switching from ATT to Cingular...and I'm going to owe my dad $10a month for text messaging. Since I have to watch my incoming and outgoing, I convinced him I needed 2500 messages, which is 20 a month. He'll only pay for 10 >.<
Oh, and many thanks to mary for being absolutely amazingly awesome and "kidnapping" me to Centennial Park on Friday...that was lots of fun with the most random food ever.
