wheeee raspberries
First off: You guys all rock. Seriously. Thank you so much ♥ I am so fortunate in my friends, in so many, many ways. I think I do not say this often enough. ♥
Second: whee slightly tipsy. Tonight was a farewell dinner for a friend, so I am stuffed full of delicious Ethiopian food and have had two glasses of honey wine and two glasses of raspberry lambic. I am...moderately impressed I was okay to drive home, but then again, there was a LOT of Ethiopian food. mmmmm. (I like the veggie and meat dishes so very much, but I sort of wish the bread was a little different. Maybe more like naan, or possibly more like roti prata. There is something slightly odd about the taste of injera that makes me not enjoy the fabulous food as much as I want to!)
In other news, like three different origibunnies are clamoring for my attention. I don't know which one to pay attention to first; I can't skip between stories because I'll bork the voice all to hell and spend three times as long fixing it as I should; and they're all being incredibly insistent. Woe is me. p.s. dear self please finish Every Light first, k?
tipsy cat is going to bed now. Tomorrow is erranding, and adventures in cooking that involved first e-mailing my mother with the title "possibly the dumbest recipe question ever."
