voting

I have voted. I woke up around 5:20 (after finally falling asleep at midnight) and dragged my lazy carcass out of bed at 6. Got dressed and headed out to vote; a nice 3 block walk as the sun was coming up. (WTF, people, I usually get up at 8:15. what is this 'sunrise' thing?) Got there, line already longish but nothing compared to what it will be. Should have waited another half-hour; there was nobody in line by the time I left.

Now debating the relative merits of nap vs. caffeine. Methinks nap wins.
