Cat!
Not feeling much better, but some is better than none, I guess.
So, my cat is normally not a snuggly cat. The closest he's willing to come to snugglyness is sleeping on the foot of my bed. Sometimes, if it's particularly cold or he's feeling neglected, he might go so far as to rest his head on my ankle. (He's not just this way with me, he wants to lay NEAR you but not WITH you. His favourite spots in the common room are "on the back of the sofa where lassarina always sits" and "on the sofa next to where sabrielrose always sits.")
However, Ganon always knows when people are not feeling well, and he goes out of his way to make them happier. Perfect example: when I got home yesterday and collapsed into bed, he jumped right up on the foot of the bed almost instantly. He stepped warily on my feet, then slowly climbed up my legs, across my hips, and up my arm. (I sleep lying on my side.) He then settled down right on my arm and shoulder (urk, 19 pounds of cat, omg) and started purring right in my ear, and he stayed there until I moved.
He even did it again later. ^_^; Cats are so comforting.
and on that note, I'm thinking i've run out of internet time. Starting to get tired again (but hey! I was up for a whole 2.5 hours this time! progress!) so I'm going to go back to bed, with a trashy novel, until I fall asleep.
