I do not think this was the effect the author was going for. I double-plus do not think that such exalted language is coming out of Vaan's brain. I award you no points, sir/ma'am/thing/alien.
Note to self: Please stop trying to find decent FF12 fic anywhere else and stick to the four authors you read obsessively and anyone they reccommend. You know you will be happier.
