1a. What initally prompted me to like the character enough to write about him/her: His sense of honour. 1b. One of his/her best traits: Said sense of honour. 1c. One of his/her worst traits: He doesn't see that other people are going to betray him. Also because of his personal loyalty complex, he said nothing about using Terra as a weapon. 1d. How easy/difficult I find it to write the character: He's about middle of the road for me. 1e. The story/chapter/paragraph/phrase where I feel that I truly captured the character: Oh, definitely "Rain." f. My plans (if any) to write the character in the near future: I have in mind some more Leo/Celes stuff, most of which will go up for het_challenge2a. What initally prompted me to like the character enough to write about him/her: I don't really like Zell all that much; I mostly write him for prompts or gifts

Balthier a. What initally prompted me to like the character enough to write about him/her: What's not to like? Mostly I like his witty, wry way of talking. Also his backstory makes me full of happy squee. b. One of his/her best traits: A slightly warped sense of chivalry and a talent for witty conversation. c. One of his/her worst traits: Obsession with what he left behind, though he tries not to show it. d. How easy/difficult I find it to write the character: I'm actually horribly intimidated by writing anyone in FF12 fandom, just because of the language and the richness of the setting. Balthier intimidates me more than most, because in addition to that certain pattern or lilt to the way the educated and highborn characters speak, it has to be clever and very Balthier. Plus since he's such a popular character, I fear flames from unhappy fangirls. Meep. e. The story/chapter/paragraph/phrase where I feel that I truly captured the character: This was actually a comment to one of cadence_zero's springkink pieces

Lulua. What initally prompted me to like the character enough to write about him/her: She falls into that category of FF females that I most love, that being the cool, reserved, competent warrior woman. (She fights with magic, but it makes her no less a warrior.) Other women in this category include: Quistis, Celes, Beatrix, etc

a. What initally prompted me to like the character enough to write about him/her: His attitude, what else? b. One of his/her best traits: That streak of nobility he tries to hide. c. One of his/her worst traits: His rebellious nature - he's spending too much time fighting things he can't change. d. How easy/difficult I find it to write the character: I find him fairly easy to write. e. The story/chapter/paragraph/phrase where I feel that I truly captured the character: "Running." f. My plans (if any) to write the character in the near future: Well, I'll be finishing my fated_children claim, but I don't know how much more I'll be wanting to write him after that.
Terraa. What initally prompted me to like the character enough to write about him/her: I got bunnied really bad for "Ray of Light" when I saw the scene in FF6 Advance when she gets the Genji Glove, and I wondered what it would be like to see Terra through the eyes of one of the nameless Returners. "Routine" was written as a personal challenge to try to write Edgar/Terra well, since I really don't care for that pairing
