*sigh*
I owe $31 on federal taxes. I was hoping for a refund. It would've been spectacular.
Now I have to find some way to pay for new tires on my car....that doesn't involve borrowing against my 401(k).
Haven't done state yet; my brain can't handle the notion of filling out forms by hand. Sigh.
Called Dad and squawked about XP Media Center. He is referring the issue to the tech department he manages. Ah, parents. I love 'em.
But it's all good. I didn't owe MUCH on my federal taxes. We're going to Asado (Brazilian grill) on Saturday. Then we're going ice skating, and Dad brought me my skates, so I don't have to rent. And I have a watermelon freezy drink.
