I just watched my Sexy Aleksei compete.
His high bar routine was fucking amazing, and I think that's only the second time in his career I've seen him not glue his feet to the floor as soon as he landed.
The crowd actually forced the judges to reevaluate, because originally they were only giving him a 9.725. It ended up 9.762, which I think should have been more like a 9.79, but at any rate.
I got to watch Aleksei compete. My Olympics goal is complete, and I am happy.
