Level 70 characters = you walk the final dungeon in FFX-2. I raped Shiva with one hit. Paine as Berserker + Str +20 accessory + Omnistrike = die, bitch.
My characters are uber scary powerful. Yuna's got Gunner, White Mage, and Samurai mastered, is fast heading for mastery of Warrior, and has a 34% on Songstress. Paine's got Warrior and White Mage mastered and is 2 abilities from mastering Berserker. Rikku's farthest behind, having mastered Thief (which takes bloody fucking forever!) and Black Mage, currently working on Trainer.
First day of classes today. Heyck had, as usual, some memorable statements, such as:
(situation: class is held in a tech-type classroom for some reason, complete with computer and security cameras--yes, literally): "I'm sorry for the room, which appears to have been designed by Sauron and his agents."
"So you see these security cameras. That one *points* records those of you who sleep in class, and puts your ID number up on my screen *gestures at computer.* That one *points to the second one* records anybody who doesn't laugh at my jokes, and also puts your ID number up on my screen."
In other news today, I bought books, which came to about $400 and I'm not done yet, bloody college. Heyck mentioned that there's something of a conflict of interest in assigning his own book for the class, and told us that he's donating %100 of the royalties from the class's purchases to the American Cancer Society to soothe his own conscience. Ran into James F today, he might be taking a seminar with me come the spring, which would be cool. Met with unclehyena today, and met his wife as well. She has nifty, nifty stuff in her office ^_^; Had food at Gulliver's and talked and such. All was fun and good. Came home, went grocery shopping with Dana, cooked dinner, kicked some major ass in FFX-2. That's my day right there. My grammar deteriorates apace, I see.
I meant to write a ritual tonight, I don't think it's going to happen, I might do it tomorrow night (which is when I planned to do it) or recycle an old one. If I get a few spare minutes at work (ha, ha, ha) might scribble it down there. Ooh, during lunch. Yes. Goodness.
Now to check my Neopets. Then bed, for I have work at 9. *makes a face*
