So, I was hanging out at an upscale tapas bar last night. One of my good good good high school friends is a Sous-chef there now. After the kitchen closed down, he joined me at the bar and ordered me a beer; I had already had some wine so I just had the one bottle. However, the beer was actually rather good. Well, it wasn't terrible or anything, so I had no problem drinking it!
It was a Paulaner Hefe-Weizen. Wheat, delicious. What do you suggest I try next along those lines?
