The Power of One

New challenge. I'm glad Shrinking Jeans decided to take a break from the team challenges. I really do need to focus on myself. This is a great time for that because I have a break from school. I'm checking in at 179lbs  today. I haven't seen that number in a long time, and I'm trying very hard not to freak out. I know it has to do with the ToM and all the Christmas cookies I ate this week.

My healthy living goals:
+ For the most part, I only drink water, but I forget to drink anything during the day. I need to keep up with keeping myself hydrated.
+ I want to eat more fruit. I used to make little fruit smoothies with plain yogurt when I wanted something sweet. It's better than a candy bar.
+ I want to go to the gym more. Not just for Zumba. I want to suck it up and try Yoga. I'm afraid I'll wobble and fall.
+ I would really like to run again.
