so adding this so i have it.

for lunch i figured out a very nice sandwhich and only about 200 calories

1/2 a portugese or other large roll
1 serving percooked perdue chicken brest "grilled italian"
1 thin slice cheese
1 small campri tomatoe diced.
low fat honey mustard

lightly toast 1/2 roll
add chicken diced tomatoe and top with cheese, put under grill untill warm (or zap in microwave about 30 seconds)
drizzle with honey mustard.

was VERY tastey and after doing the math its definatly right around 200 calories
 yay for a new lunch idea.
