Manic Mondays
What a day- 15 hours at work and still at it. I want tosay how much I hate Monday's. I never get anything accomplished that I need to do. Really just makes me angry how much time can be spent by random people calling the store and needing things from me. At one point I was gonna leave and come back but every time I went to do that something else came up. Brighter Image came by begging for my support to clean up my store the right way and be patient but what really got to me was how unprofessional the Mr. Fixit guy was. He came in looking like a begger and smaking his gum. He could not even look me in the eye when I told him over and over how shitty the job they were doing. Then RA heath came in to finish all the repairs on the list since the remodel. The pastry case guy came and repaired the lemon of a machine pastry case- but he did not know what he was doing because he was brand new to this business and spent more time on the phone trying to understand how to fix it then repairing it and what bothers me is that I will somehow be billed for the time. Not just that I will be spending 125 for the service that if they would just tell me how to fix it I would. What was even more funny was that 1 hour later the guy left the damn thing started beeping again - screaming low coolant!!!! call FCC!!!!! Oh mY god will it ever end? Not to mention the Booku people that are being trained in my store for millington and how shitty all my partners feel because the majority of them are sick and tired and frustrated with Holidays.. and I think the only thing really great that happened today was that Lori finally brought the red machine by so that I will have one for my own home. I started at 5am and left at 8am.. It started out with me on the bar till 11 am with no break and the line wrapping around the fireplace. I thought I wanted to just rip my arm off by the end of the day. Between everyones questions and being able to not control their attitudes I have had enough of a day!!! I just hope this all payas off in the long run.. I just hope one day Monday's will not be so long.. My time is valuable and if I could jsut get everyone to realize that Mondays are when I plan almost everything for the week I would be happy and maybe they would just stop their questions....And if another person calls in I am gonna be so angry...
Had a great weekend thoughp- went to Harrahs holiday party with Tim which was actually really nice we got our pictures made which we look actually really good in.
Went to Starbucks holiday party did not get to see everyone but got to eat alot of really great foods...
drank some really great cider!!1
Then Tim and I went to the Rocky Horror Picture show - which I had never seen.. it was okay but I was so tired that I think I could not enjoy it to it's fullest..
well got to go to sleep!
