I'm updating my detailed 28 day info to this other board I started. It's very 28-day-plan for people with higher calorie markers (800-1,500 or so), just a break off from the no-eating people. Nothing personal, it's just demoralizing when I post next to someone whose food for the day says "0/2 (oatmeal cookie)"...
