I didn't do particularly well today, although it wasn't disastrous or anything. I'm not gonna weigh myself in the morning I don't think - I'm too scared! I had Chinese food for dinner so I'm sure I'll be all puffy. I'll have to just do really good tomorrow and make up for the slight slip.
