Wow is the library empty without the seniors. I can actually hear myself typing. It's kinda bothering me, actually....
I slept for about ten hours (that I overslept by two hours more than made up for that I didn't actually get to bed 'til 8:30 and that my dad woke me up at eleven to walk the dog [which was really annoying]), but I'm still a bit tired. *shrugs*
Heh. No BLS, gov't, and possibly math for me tomorrow.
I graded Solomon a bit too nicely, but I was rushed and gave the scores after the bell had rung. I was expecting to finish it tomorrow, though, logically, that I wouldn't be here then is why she asked for the grades now, though we barely discussed the last three paragraphs.
AP Gov't is the only class that actually requires vague amounts of work, though the requirements, too, are mind-destroyingly vague, so we could probably turn in anything reasonably well-written and receive an A.
Hehe. Risk in math! Well, I played solitaire and actually listened to the songs on my mp3-player (which I haven't done in weeks/maybe months), but he taught the beginners and I think started the advanced game. I kinda wanna play Castle Risk, as I've never heard of it, but there may not be enough people. Either way, there's a good chance I'll miss tomorrow. I should bring my CD-player for that class, though mine's broken and my brother lost his....
Hmm. I was sure it was over yesterday and the day before, but now I'm slightly less sure.... Ah, well. It doesn't matter.
*laughs* We're playing Shrek songs in band! Sadly, though, I missed our first rehearsal of it for orchestra. We miss all of first for graduation rehearsal, right? When I returned, we were playing Disney songs. I screwed up this one solo-like part, first 'cause I couldn't figure out how much to give that note in cut time (and it was repeating an earlier part with a much shorter rhythm) and the next time because I couldn't tell whether that squiggle were a flat or a natural. But that's okay.
Yeah, I'm randomly babbling about my day.
The school-lunch line moves depressingly slowly. Steph/Mike, did you actually finish your lunches? *thinks probably not*
We did our brief presentations in Chem today; it wasn't very exciting.
Marta's trying to make us do a little bit of work: "Read this packet about el Camino de Santiago, which we've already studied, and use it to answer the questions on the back." I have a 94% in that class, which is easily the lowest grade I've ever received; I haev a D+ for noticias because I didn't bother to do any, but there's still enough time for me to change that to over 100%, if I were to care so.
Yeah, that's been my first day of senior-less school as a junior. The hallways were slightly less crowded, methinks, pero no lo notaba mucho.
I think I'm done.
I'll go wander about school for the next half-hour (and then come back and read the NYTimes or algo).
