Smoke Break :)
Today has been rather nice, I only mention this, as it's a real 180 from my previous post. It finally stopped raining, tis a crisp fall colored autumn day, and I am actually not hating this city at the moment, though am sure that too shall pass.
That dumpster was removed this morning, which alone elated me, but I also learned that at the very last moment that rotty was able to find a home...on a farm in New Jersey!!! Score major for him and Serious relief for everyone else, as despite myself saying as such, it was a little hard to just forget.
Am taking a wee break from spray painting christmas garland black, it's part of my outside motif :) Though now my hands are covered in spray paint and I think I will be googling how to remove this shit, as it's not coming off.
I have designated today as ghoul day, as I have just been too preoccupied the past week to get the Halloween decorations together, and a few of them require construction from scratch. Headstones are next (these are from scratch). Am taking pictures along the way, as I love being crafty, and I'll post them later, as I actually really get hyped when I do this stuff. I just came back from riteaid where they have all of their Halloween decoration on sale for 50% off, and just scored purple lights for 2.50 a strand! Spider webs were only 99 cents. The only thing that makes me squeal more than crafty, if cheap bargain crafty!
Also just read that Mindless Self Indulgence is playing the Trocadero on Halloween night, guh, talk about conflict of emotions. I would LOVE to see them, but at the same time, Halloween is a tradition at home, and I truly enjoy it.
