ok, so i don't feel like saying everything about my second trip to minneapolis right now. however, it was a blast! even if i don't get the job i'll be happy i got the chance to see minneapolis again (and shop for clothes @ mall of america w/ no sales tax, lol)

Ok, so apparently I do feel like more procrastination:
TARGET is amazing. The building is so new (2 years old) and gorgeous. It's right downtown on the Mall and connected via skyway to soooo much. I got to interview with a Vice President, A Senior Buyer and a Buyer. Rock on. Barely anyone else had to talk to the VP. Grrrr..... We'll see. I have HR interviews out there next Friday. 3 trips to a wonderful city. Rock on!
So after the interviews and invasive process of aptitude testing and everything else we had the wine and cheese reception. I had wonderful chardonnay and talked to two of the people I interviewed with. My guide was really cute, but he's getting married next year to a college sweetheart. Awww. I chatted with two other BAs and they were cool. The guys told us where to go for drinks after. After the schmoozing with execs and Target corporate employees I went back to my hotel and changed before meeting Lindsey at the News Room. It was cool to meet her training class and see what they thought of the job. I'm just glad it's all over! Linds and I hung out for the rest of the night with Jackie. We went over to Steve's (he works for Medtronic now) and hung for a bit. I had some "X-Mas Cheer" ie. egg nog and rum. After this I crashed and barely made it up to check out of my hotel room. I did make it to the buses for the MN tour though. I LOVE MINNEAPOLIS. I think I've found the perfect city for me. So even if I don't get a job there, I plan to move there and find something, lol.
So after the bus tour Sat, I went to the mall of america with linds, a new girl ashley i met and jackie. Jackie got this awesome suit from Banana Republic. Expensive, but awesome. I got a $78 velvet blazer from Gap, so I'm spent... The mall of america is overrated... but the no sales tax rocks! I then went to the Bar with Ashley and Laura (a girl from WI we met...) and had my beer. Yummy. After Lindsey got back from babysitting, we saw the movie Closer. IT sucked. All it does is reinforce the point that males (and SOME) females are all cheaters and shouldn't be trusted. Hmmm, I wonder where I got that from? Anyway, the whole movie was just boring and all it did was drag on and on. I wasn't impressed.
This morning I sadly had to leave the cool city and come home. *sigh*
I'll live. I just have to get through this fucking stressful week. I'm starting work @ 9 until maybe 3am?! Dunno yet.
