Hmmm....well, this is pretty much a result of me avoiding work taking a well - deserved break from writing a boring book report.
Halloween was good. I was a(n Emerald City Palace Guard, but since no one would know that, I was just a) pirate, with a (wildebeast) mask and a (Harry Potter) cape just for fun. I went trick or treating. I got what I suppose is a lot of candy, but not as much as I've gotten before. I suspect one reason for this is that I started a bit late and just skipped a section of the neighborood that I really didn't feel like walking to. Then I stopped at the Halloween party our neighbors have every year and ate a decent meal and played hide and seek and other such games with other neighbors. They are the people in my neighborhood, in my neighborhood, in my neighborhood. They're the people that I meet when I'm walking down the street. They're the people that I meet each day. Or so the song goes.
One thing I find especially annoying is that when I get tired, I wouldn't really notice it so much if I didn't get cold. I always know how tired I am by how cold I am. Usually when I would stay up all night to finish school projects, I would shiver all day the next day at school, even if it wasn't a very cold day. If I'm really tired, sometimes my stomach will start to ache also, as if I'm hungry, but I'm not. I guess it's a way that I've adapted to help me survive - If I didn't get cold, I'd forget to go to sleep a lot more often. It's just not something I think of to do very much.
I am absolutely freezing right now and my stomach hurts, so I think I'll maybe go to sleep for an hour or so and then try to write more on my lovely paper in the morning.
