So Zac and I drove out to Auburn Hills and saw Michael Tolcher, Howie Day, and Gavin DeGraw in concert. it was AMAZING!! first of all, we had pavilion seats, and we were like.... 10 rows away from the stage, it was awesome. I'd never heard of Michael Tolcher, but holy shit can that guy sing! he was awesome. Then Howie Day came on, and he is just..... soooo good. What a cutie. He was funny too. When Gavin DeGraw was singing this absolutely hilarious song about drinking Howie Day came on the stage and was making faces behind him and stuff, it was so funny. Gavin DeGraw is a cocky bastard but an amazing performer and his voice is just out of this world. He broke a string during one of his songs on his guitar so he got the cordless microphone and came out into the pavilion, Zac and I were sitting on the end and he stopped at the end of our row and sang for a bit so he was like... 6 inches away... and then he went down a row a few behind us and there were people like... trampling each other to try to get close to him, it was insane. And then he got up on the speakers a few times and sang, which was pretty cool. Overall a very amazing time.... makes me extremely excited for 3 doors down w/ Stencel and her Tech pals in August. alright gotta go get some motivation to get in the shower.
