Aargh I am so sorry for missing payment 2! I just found your PM in my inbox when I saw this post now - LJ has been screwing up my notifications again (I thought we were over this, LJ!) in the last couple of weeks, so I didn't get one :( Is it okay to just add up the payment 2 cost and shipping cost and send them together? ^^ I'll do it as soon as I get up in the morning! Again, I am so sorry!
