Turn the Page...

To my friends, and my enemies, or... whoever:

Well, one fourth of my life has now passed.. (I would like to say one fifth, but let's be realistic.) And, although my fondest (and only) memories are here, I feel it's time for me to move on. I've had enough of everything here. So, begging your pardon, I shall take my leave of you.

Yeah, that's right, I'm leaving, and you probably won't see me again for a long time, if ever. I just figure... my mark on this region has been made, and it's time to just disappear. To watch that mark fade.. and eventually vanish completely. The blemish I was on this patch of earth healing like a bad pimple.

Being hard on myself? Nah, I know I've made a reputation here. I'm not the greatest human here. I've hurt some people, some unrepairably, and myself. So... since I could really never make it up to any other them, maybe it'd be better for me to just vanish into the night.

So where am I going? Duluth, GA
Where's that? Right outside of Atlanta, to the east.
When? Mid to late January.

So goodbye, it's been an interesting 20 years here. Maybe I'll return, probably not. It's been nice knowing you all, and you had better believe, on my drive down, the tears will never stop running.

Love you all, forever and always.

Theodore Chapman Dieckmann Jr.
