hahaha so ya this state is screwed if a big storm hits again this year. FEMA hasn't even handed over close to the amount that is needed to repair the levees so that if any flooding comes through again...they are super fucked because there are going to be giant holes in the levees still. aka the same shit all over again..
i'm also pissed because this lack of money that they PROMISED the state would get really impacts the job I was working at. We were delivering the travel trailors for people to live in, but they ran out of money for that so there is no work for us.
eh. FEMA is going to be dissolved anyway.
