What on earth . . .

It is amazing how long it has been since I last updated. So much has happened and yet I don't think I have the energy to put it all in words.

I have found the most amazing man who practically fell out of the sky.

Today we went to grandma and grandpa Hammond's home to have dinner and watch the fireworks from their balcony. I was impressed with Pleasant Grove's fireworks show. It lasted about 40 minutes. 40 minutes of pure pyro entertainment. . .

Brad and Sandra (Scott's brother and sister in law) were there. And the two boys thought it would be funny to light bottle rockets while holding them and then proceed throw them into the air. Sandra and I almost had our heads taken off.

Why can't boys just light fireworks the right way?

I'm taking my final and last class before I graduate. It's called Persuasive Writing. At first I was enrolled in the Writing in the Social Sciences class, but I thought the teacher was way into busy work and the class just seemed too dumb for me. And I almost enrolled in the Writing about Lit class but it only took two minutes of interacting with the psycho menopausal professor of that class to realize it wasn't such a good idea. However, this writing class I finally ended up taking is awesome. No required texts and the teacher is extremely laid back and friendly.

I'm also trying to find a better job. The one I have now is wonderful but the pay isn't great and they are refusing to give me more than 23 hours a week.

Oh and some more big news. . . I renewed my rental contract.

I will be staying here in Provo after I graduate. The plans to move back to Texas have been canceled.

And yes it is because of Scott.
