[tales] Picking up Legendia again
Didn't do much during Thanksgiving except sleep, avoid people, and play Tales of Legendia. Picked it up after...three years? I was in the middle of Chapter Six, in the Calm Lands, with no recollection of what had happened in the story before it. As much as the in-game synopsis was fun to read, it didn't much for helping me remember why I was there or what I was doing. 8D Still beat the main quest, though! Just started the Character Quests now, and the lack of voiced dialogue makes me laugh.
Especially since I loved the voices they chose for the characters, but the lack of emotion in a lot of the lines makes it an interesting experience. Like Chloe and Senel! Great choices, but the reading of the lines could have been so much better. I still miss the voiced dialogue, though, and I don't seem to be running across all that many skits, either. Alas.
